Please include the app version, device model, Android version, and the steps that led to the problem. Avoid sending your child's name, recordings, or other personal information.

When an update is required

Use Update Now or Open Google Play. If an update is unavailable, check your connection and retry later. The game stays blocked when its installed version is below the strongest known supported minimum.
